At Ease Parent works with trusted service providers to operate, secure, and improve our app. These providers may process limited personal information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services to At Ease Parent.
1. Vendor Governance Standard
Before using any vendor that touches user, household, caregiver, or child-related data, At Ease Parent confirms what data the vendor processes and why, whether it uses SDKs, APIs, cookies, or tracking technologies, whether it stores data and where, whether data is encrypted in transit and at rest, whether the vendor has a privacy policy, security documentation, and a data processing agreement, whether it uses subprocessors, whether data is used for advertising, profiling, or model training, and whether child-related information is protected from behavioral advertising.

3. Vendor Review Checklist
Before approving a vendor, At Ease Parent confirms:
- Does this vendor need access to user data, and can we limit what's shared?
- Does it process child-related or household information?
- Does it use data for advertising or AI model training?
- Does it sell or share data?
- Does it support deletion requests and security controls?
- Does it have a data processing agreement?
- Does it change our Apple or Google Play disclosures?
- Does it affect our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service?
4. Vendor Change Procedure
When adding, removing, or replacing a vendor, we identify the data involved, review the vendor's privacy and security practices, confirm whether a data processing agreement is needed, confirm whether Apple/Google disclosures must be updated, update our internal vendor register and this public list, update the Privacy Policy if needed, and test all user-facing links, emails, redirects, and SDK behavior before approval.
