User Privacy Choices

You can manage the following privacy preferences directly in the app or by contacting us:

• Turn app notifications on or off
• Enable or disable SMS alerts (requires a verified phone number)
• Set quiet hours to suppress SMS notifications
• Grant or revoke AI data-sharing consent
• Opt out of marketing and product-update emails
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Request deletion of child-related information, if you are a parent or legal guardian

You decide which reminders reach you. From Settings → Notifications, you can:

• Enable or disable in-app care reminders
• Enable or disable SMS alerts (available after your phone number is verified)
• Choose between immediate delivery or a daily digest
• Set quiet hours during which SMS notifications are suppressed

SMS notifications require affirmative opt-in and a verified phone number. You may opt out of SMS at any time by disabling SMS alerts in Settings or by replying STOP to any message. Msg & data rates may apply.

Service-related messages necessary for account security, household invitations, or legal compliance may still be sent even if marketing notifications are disabled.

At Ease Parent offers optional AI-assisted features such as Cora chat, voice transcription, list extraction from photos, and generated summaries. Before any personal information is sent to a third-party AI service, you must grant affirmative, opt-in permission.

AI consent is:

• Optional — not required to use the app
• Never preselected
• Recorded with the date, time, and disclosure version of your choice
• Revocable at any time

To review or change your AI data-sharing permission, go to Settings → Privacy & AI → AI Data Sharing. After you revoke consent, At Ease Parent stops sending new personal data to third-party AI services unless you re-enable AI features.

Declining or revoking AI consent does not limit your access to non-AI features of the app.

You may opt out of marketing and product-update emails at any time by:

• Using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• Adjusting your communication preferences in the app, where available
• Contacting us at support@ateaseparent.com

Account, security, and service-related emails may still be sent even after you opt out of marketing messages.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request a copy of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent, including AI data-sharing consent

Parents or legal guardians may also request access, correction, or deletion of child-related information on behalf of a child.

To make a privacy request, contact us at support@ateaseparent.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.

You can delete your account from Profile Settings → Delete Account or by contacting us. Deleting your account initiates removal of your personal information, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational requirements.

If you are part of a shared household, deleting your personal account may not remove household or child-related information if another parent, guardian, or household admin remains responsible for that household.

At Ease Parent does not sell personal information, does not sell child-related information, and does not use child-related information for behavioral advertising.

At Ease Parent does not share AI data with third-party AI providers for advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no separate opt-out is required. If our practices change, we will update this page and provide any legally required notices or choices.

Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, the California Privacy Rights Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, or other privacy laws.

At Ease Parent will honor applicable privacy rights as required by law. To exercise any right, contact us at support@ateaseparent.com.

You can revisit and change any of the choices above at any time. Updated preferences take effect as soon as the app processes the change, though some actions (such as deletion) may take up to 30 days to fully complete.
